The Farm

Lubrín sits at 550 metres in the Sierra de los Filabres, where rain is scarce and the olive trees are old. The grove has been worked by the same family for generations.

Olive trees on dry stone terraces in the Sierra de los Filabres

01

Dry stone terraces

The trees grow on hand-built terraces that hold what little water the mountain gets. Low yields, concentrated fruit.

02

Picking by hand

Harvest runs from late autumn into winter, tree by tree, so the fruit arrives whole and unbruised.

03

The almazara

Milled and bottled on site by Agrícola García S.L. in Lubrín — from tree to tin without leaving the village.
